The Lead Elder provides leadership for the entire administration of the ministry and affairs of the congregation. To the best of his ability, followa the Constitution and By-Laws of the congregation. Presides at all Executive Board and Coucil of Elders meetings. Presides over the quarterly Voters Meetings.
